Request a Tutor
Peer Tutoring is a popular resource for students needing extra support in their classes. Please be patient as we have many requests to assign. Remember that the Peer Tutors are students themselves with similar workloads as the students requesting help. In the event that we do not have a tutor who can help in a certain course, the Peer Leader advisors will reach out to the teachers for a student tutor recommendation.
Here are the steps we follow to ensure each student has the best possible tutoring experience:
- Students request tutors by scanning a QR, located in every classroom or by using the link below.
- In the form, students enter a date that is convenient for them.
- They will be asked to provide any concepts they need help with so the tutors can be prepared for each session.
- CAT30 passes are delivered to students on the date requested.
- Tutoring is held Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at CAT30 in Room 415. Tutors are waiting to receive the students.
- If a student is a no show, they will need to submit another tutoring request.
- Students with multiple no-shows will be contacted by counselors.
If you have any questions, please contact the advisors.
