32 people auditioned for Advanced Drama. Some changes were made due to change in class size. That being said, the number of openings increased from 17 to 22.
Congratulations to the newest members of Advanced Drama. Those of you designated as Intermediate, I am again working on getting you all in the same class period. Hopefully, this will work for the new school year.
Please do not be discouraged if your name does not appear under the Advanced roster. There may be another round of auditions for 2nd semester. In the meantime, stay involved in the department: Improv, black box shows, main stage productions, crew, etc.
These lists are being shared with counseling, but it is your responsibility to make sure the correct class is on your schedule.
Congratulations to all. And thank you for auditioning.
*Technically, you will be in Beginning Drama, but you are designated as an Intermediate student. You will most likely all be in the same period, unless an actual Intermediate-titled class gets created.

We are a nationally recognized program whose slogan is "just because we perform on a high school stage, it doesn't mean we are just a 'high school show'." Past productions of Little Shop of Horrors, The Wiz, Noises Off, Legally Blonde, Jesus Christ Superstar, 9 to 5, Rumors, The Addams Family, and Peter and The Starcatcher in addition to our award winning Improv team, have all lived up to that reputation.
