Assistant Principals

Juan Santos

santos.JPGMr. Santos has been an assistant principal at Chaparral High School since the 2008-2009 school year. Prior to this year he had been a counselor at Chaparral High School for three years. He originally came to Temecula from San Diego where he had been a counselor at Orange Glen High School and Wilson Middle School as well as a program coordinator with San Diego State University's Upward Bound Math and Science Program. 

He has a degree in psychology from San Diego State University and a Masters in Educational Counseling with a Pupil Personnel Services and Administrative credential from National University.

Michael Zides

michael zides.jpgMr. Zides has been an Assistant Principal at Chaparral since 2010. Before this, he taught science at Chaparral, Rancho Verde, Cathedral City, and West Shores High Schools.

Mr. Zides earned his Bachelor Degrees in Science and Physical Education from San Diego State University as well as his Masters Degree in Administration from California State University San Marcos.
